in the long term it is recommended to try and lose 2 pounds per
week.

of fats that you consume and increasing the amount of fruits and
vegetables that are eaten.
Exercise also plays a very important role in weight loss and there
are many exercises for losing weight. By increasing the amount of
exercise that you do you will be burning more calories and be giving
your metabolism a boost.
